From Cowboy Meats to Cowboy Country Creamery, FAPC retail products give customers the opportunity to enjoy Oklahoma State University-made foods while supporting hands-on student learning and food product development.

Cowboy Meats offers a selection of fresh and value-added beef, pork and lamb products processed at FAPC. Products include premium cuts, ground beef, smoked sausages, bacon, boudin and other specialty items.

Cowboy Country Creamery

Cowboy Country Goodness. Made at OSU.

Cowboy Country Creamery brings FAPC's dairy-processing expertise from the classroom and production floor to the scoop. The creamery launches with handcrafted ice cream and plans to expand its product lineup with cheeses and French pot-style yogurt.

The FAPC Retail Store is located at Dock 4 on the northwest corner of the Robert M. Kerr Food and Agricultural Products Center in Stillwater.

Fridays, 1–5 p.m.

Shop Cowboy Meats, Cowboy Country Creamery and a rotating selection of Made in Oklahoma products. Free temporary customer parking is available.

FAPC retail products are part of Oklahoma State University's hands-on approach to education and food product development. Students gain experience in areas such as food processing, product development, food safety, packaging, marketing and sales while working with real products and real customers.
