Cowboy Country Creamery
Cowboy Country Goodness. Made at OSU.
Cowboy Country Creamery brings Oklahoma State University’s dairy-processing expertise from the classroom and production floor to the scoop. Made at the Robert M. Kerr Food and Agricultural Products Center, our dairy products give customers a taste of the hands-on learning, product development and food-processing work happening at FAPC.
Cowboy Country Creamery launches this fall with handcrafted ice cream in vanilla, chocolate and a signature Cowboy Country Creamery flavor, along with rotating seasonal flavors throughout the year.
And we’re just getting started. In 2027, Cowboy Country Creamery plans to expand its lineup with cheeses and French pot-style yogurt, creating even more opportunities for dairy processing, product development and student learning at FAPC.
Made Here. Learning Here.
Like Cowboy Meats, Cowboy Country Creamery is about more than what ends up in the package. FAPC’s dairy program provides Oklahoma State University students with hands-on experience in dairy processing, product development, food safety, packaging and bringing value-added products to market.
The program also supports FAPC’s broader work with Oklahoma dairy producers and food businesses interested in developing value-added dairy products and exploring new market opportunities.
